Terms and conditions
The goods, objects for sale through the site, are described by type, quality and quantity in the same. The company is not responsible for possible differences in the colors of the purchased goods due to the specifics of the computer screen. The request for the purchase of goods/goods is taken as express written consent from the user regarding the type, quality and quantity of goods/goods.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order or to a courier's office. Upon receipt of the goods, the delivery price is paid, which is paid to the courier and is not included in the final price of the site.
Cancellation of an already placed order can be done through the contact form, by phone or by email.
Payment for ordered goods

Purchase Cancellation Policy
We guarantee the quality of all our products. If they still do not meet your requirements, you have the right to refuse one or more items from the order within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting us by phone +359 889 086 441 or by email office@ trokotbg.com.
Please take care of the products while they are with you and when you return them to avoid damage or loss in transit.
Please keep the following things in mind when returning goods:
Refunds for refused item(s) after confirmation by our employee that the returned item meets the criteria above, are made in the form of the original payment method, i.e. if you paid by debit card, the amount is refunded with a credit transaction on the same card within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. When paying by cash on delivery or bank transfer, the amount for the returned item(s) will be refunded by bank transfer to the bank account you specified.
We do not refund items returned after 14 days of receipt, damaged, used items or items with damaged packaging. In these cases, we will return the items back to you at your expense.
The purchase cancellation policy does not violate the customer's consumer rights in the case of defective/damaged goods.
Rights and obligations of the user
The user has the right to view, order and receive the goods from the site according to the terms and conditions specified therein.
The user has the right to be informed about the status of his order .
The user has the right to delivery of the requested product(s) to the specified delivery address after confirmation by telephone.
The user is obliged to pay the price of his order according to the method announced on the site.
Any user, regardless of whether he has placed an order or not, he is obliged when using the site:
* not to violate and respect the rights and freedoms of citizens according to the Constitution, the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the international acts to which it is a party, the rules of morality, good manners and Internet ethics; * not to violate other people's property or non-property , absolute or relative rights and interests, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
* not to commit malicious acts.
Rights and Obligations of KREMONA GROUP Ltd.
KREMONA GROUP Ltd. has the right, but not the obligation, to retain materials and information used/placed on our server or made available to third parties by a user, and to provide them to third parties and the relevant state authorities when it is necessary to preserve the rights and lawful interests, property, and safety of KREMONA GROUP Ltd., as well as third parties in the case of claims related to the violation of their rights concerning the used or disseminated information or materials, and in cases where the materials or information are required by state authorities under an explicit legal provision. KREMONA GROUP Ltd. reserves the right at any time, without notifying the user, to terminate the user's access to the site if the user violates these terms, and at the discretion of KREMONA GROUP Ltd. Trokotbg.com has the right to send a weekly newsletter to users who have expressed a desire to receive it. This newsletter contains information about current promotions, new products, news about upcoming holidays, fresh gift ideas, and more.
Trokotbg.com does not have the right to send this letter to users who have explicitly stated that they do not wish to receive it.
